Proposals and scope

No service obligation exists until the applicable parties accept a written proposal or agreement. The approved document identifies scope, exclusions, assumptions, price, payment schedule, estimated timing, and the contracting entity or professionals assigned to the project.

Site conditions and changes

Pricing and timing are based on visible or disclosed conditions. Concealed damage, hazardous materials, code issues, access limitations, substrate failure, owner-requested changes, or other unforeseen conditions may require a written change order, specialist review, or revised schedule.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely site access
• Identify known hazards, leaks, damage, utilities, alarms, pets, occupants, and building rules
• Remove or protect valuables and personal items as agreed
• Make selections and approvals within the required timeline
• Obtain owner, association, landlord, or other permissions unless the agreement assigns that responsibility elsewhere

Scheduling and delays

Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Weather, material availability, inspections, permits, hidden conditions, third parties, customer changes, and events beyond reasonable control may affect scheduling.

Payments

Deposits, progress payments, and final balances are due as stated in the accepted agreement. Card payments, when offered, are completed through a secure Square-hosted link or another identified processor. Never email or submit card information through the website contact form.

Workmanship and materials

Applicable workmanship commitments and product warranties are defined in the project documents. Natural variation, existing substrate movement, moisture intrusion, owner-supplied materials, normal wear, misuse, and conditions outside the approved scope may be excluded.

Permits, licensing, and project partners

Requirements vary by location and service type. The written agreement identifies responsibility for permits and the appropriate contracting party. Work requiring local credentials is subject to qualified and properly authorized project participation.

Disputes and governing terms

The signed project agreement controls project-specific disputes, governing law, notices, and remedies. If no project agreement exists, website-related matters are governed by applicable Florida law, without overriding mandatory consumer rights in another jurisdiction.
