Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before the work begins.

Learn how inquiries, estimates, project planning, materials, scheduling, and secure payment steps typically work.

01What areas do you serve?+

We coordinate painting, repair, remodeling, roofing, and countertop restoration projects for homes and businesses across the United States and Canada. Project availability depends on location, scope, scheduling, and local requirements.

02Do you provide free estimates?+

Initial project conversations are complimentary. After reviewing your location, photos, goals, and timeline, we explain whether an on-site assessment or a more detailed paid evaluation is needed before a formal proposal.

03Can you help choose colors and finishes?+

Yes. We help narrow color families, sheen levels, coating types, and practical finish choices based on lighting, traffic, cleaning needs, weather exposure, and the character of the property.

04Are materials included in the quote?+

Every proposal identifies what labor, preparation, standard materials, specialty products, disposal, and optional upgrades are included. Any allowances or owner-supplied items are listed clearly.

05How do payments work?+

Payment schedules depend on project size and are documented in the proposal. When card payment is available, we send a secure Square-hosted payment link after scope approval. Never send card details by email or through the contact form.

06Do you work in occupied homes and businesses?+

Yes. We plan work zones, access, protection, ventilation, daily cleanup, and phased scheduling to reduce disruption. Commercial work may be arranged in stages or outside normal operating hours when feasible.

07What should I send with my inquiry?+

Share the property location, service needed, approximate dimensions, photos of the space or damage, preferred timing, and any known material or access concerns. The more context you provide, the more useful our first response can be.

08Are you licensed and insured everywhere you work?+

Requirements vary by jurisdiction and project type. Before work begins, the applicable contracting party, insurance documentation, permits, and local licensing requirements are confirmed in writing for the specific project location.
